  • 1 kg Mutton or Beef
Spices
  • 2 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
For Garnish
  • Fresh Coriander chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Yogurt

Method
 

Step 1: Preparation
  1. Grind the mutton or beef in a grinder until it's well minced.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder to the minced meat and mix well.
Step 2: Making Koftas
  1. Make small balls from the minced meat mixture and flatten them slightly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until they're golden brown.
Step 3: Making Curry
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until they're lightly browned.
  2. Add yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder to the pan and mix well.
  3. Add the fried koftas to the curry and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4: Final Touches
  1. Garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, and serve hot.
