Step 1: Preparation
- Cut the beef into small pieces and set aside.
- Grind the ginger, garlic, and green chili into a paste.
Step 2: Mixing Spices
- Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala powder, white pepper powder, and black pepper powder to the beef and mix well.
- Add the fried onion, ghee or oil, salt, and dried coconut powder to the beef and mix well.
Step 3: Kneading
- Knead the mixture for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and sticky.
Step 4: Shaping and Cooking
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into kababs.
- Cook the kababs on low heat for 10-15 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
- Serve the kababs hot with a side of naan or rice.

Storage: refrigerate 3 days, freeze 2 months. Reheat on stovetop. Pro tip from video: make sure to mix the ingredients well and cook the kababs on low heat to prevent burning.
