  • 1 kg beef bone-in
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
Spices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
For Garnish
  • fresh coriander chopped
  • green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

Step 1: Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
  2. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Step 2: Cooking Beef
  1. Add the beef to the pan and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  2. Add the salt, black pepper, and coriander powder, and mix well.
Step 3: Adding Spices and Yogurt
  1. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and lemon juice to the pan.
  2. Mix in the yogurt and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4: Final Touches
  1. Add the ghee to the pan and let it melt.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.
