Method
Step 1: Preparation
- Take 1 kg of mutton or beef mince and mix it well with your hands or a wooden spoon.
- Add 1 large onion, finely chopped, to the mince and mix well.
Step 2: Adding Spices
- Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper to the mince and mix well.
- Add 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped, to the mince and mix well.
Step 3: Shaping Kababs
- Divide the mince mixture into 4-6 portions, depending on the size of kabab you prefer.
- Shape each portion into a round or oval shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4: Cooking Kababs
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a little oil to it.
- Place the shaped kababs in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve the kababs hot with naan, rice, or your favorite sides.
