Preparation
- Rinse the brain and cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste to the pan and sauté for another minute.
Cooking
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they are soft.
- Add the cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder to the pan and mix well.
- Add the brain pieces to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they are tender.
- Add the yogurt to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the black pepper to the pan and mix well.
Final Touches
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan or rice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
